Tony Reyes Bilingual Child Development Centers

Nationally accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), nature explore certified early education and child development program aims at enhancing the children’s physical, cognitive, social and emotional development, and school readiness of children under three years of age. This is the highest-rated and only bilingual 5-star rated Infant/toddler Early Head Start program in Oklahoma.

  • Located near the corner of Western and SW 59th St in Capitol Hill, Tony Reyes Western is an Early Head Start program that exists in collaboration with Sunbeam Family Services.

    This program serve children ages 0-3. It is federally funded program through Sunbeam Family Services. All applications must be submitted through Sunbeam. Once approved, applicant can apply for child care subsidy through Oklahoma Human Services (OKDHS). Vaccinations are required.

    Enrollment Fees- $35 per year

    Hours of operation: 7:30am - 5:30pm

    We serve 0-4 years old. The 4 year old cut off is if the child’s birthday is after the first day of school for that year.
